Due to the large size of the PEI springs of this product, please note before use:
1. The bottom magnetic film should be completely attached to the aluminum plate (or glass plate) of the hot bed, and then the upper layer of PEI Springs should be adsorbed onto the magnetic film. There may be air holes when pasting the magnetic film. You can use a large needle to puncture a few small holes to expel the gas.
2. If the PEI springs plate is slightly deformed, please use a small clip to tighten it onto the hot bed, as shown in the following figure.

Clean free, just flex the plate a little then take the print-out off.
Paste the magnetic base (B-side) onto the heat bed plate, and then place the PEI spring sheet (A-side) onto the magnetic sticker. Then, you can print the printout onto the PEI spring sheet just like using other printing stickers.
After printed, wait for the hot bed to cool down, and then remove the print-out from the PEI spring sheet. If the bottom contact area of the prints is large, you can remove the PEI Spring Sheet from the magnetic base and then bend the PEI Spring Sheet, it will be easier to remove the print-out.
Notice:
1. Control the distance between the nozzle and the PEI Spring sheet. If the nozzle is directly scratched onto the PEI Spring sheet, it is easy to damage the PEI coating.
2. Wait for the PEI magnetic steel plate to cool down before removing the print-out.
